Yes. Every item we sell is carefully sourced, inspected, and verified for authenticity. We do not sell replicas or fakes.

2. Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our U.S. location in Idaho Falls, ID.

3. Do you ship internationally?
No. At the moment, we only ship within the USA and Canada.

4. How long does shipping take?
Orders within the USA typically arrive in 3–7 business days. Orders to Canada may take 7–14 business days depending on customs.

5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and secure online payments.

6. Can I return or exchange an item?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused and in original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back.

7. Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

8. What if my order arrives damaged or not as described?
Please contact us immediately with your order number and photos. We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

9. Are prices negotiable?
No. We price items fairly based on condition, rarity, and market value.
